Yokosuka Project

This was a joint project with other companies where we handled everything from property acquisition to its development and sale.

We acquired the property of an operating educational institution. After the educational institution relocated and left the building, we developed a multi-tenant commercial building and sold the funds.

The pre-development premises were located on the corner alongside Yokosuka-Kaido Avenue, a major road in Hinodecho, Yokosuka City.

From property acquisition to fund sale, we excelled in our advanced project management skills to manage various stakeholders and control building development, such as utilizing the land alongside a major road and accommodating the needs of tenant attraction.
